Blake is 25....in 2 days!

Is this some sort of joke? My Blake will be 25 in two days... Holy Freak!
With that being said.. I'm SO excited. Finally a night where the two of
us will just hang out... and have fun and celebrate him and all the hard
work he does. I can't wait.

I'd tell you what we are doing, but I can't spoil it.

It's Fall...And I blogged.

Wow. Is it seriously Fall already? I feel like it's kind of insane. I know that it just possibly cannot almost be my two year anniversary. Sort of freaked out. Not exactly sure how I feel about that! I love Blake and we have so much fun together. Must be why it's going by so quickly! It's been so long since I've blogged that I can't possibly talk about everything that has happened since my last post... So i'll just start randomly yapping. We just got back from St. George last weekend to watch my momma do another marathon. She did fabulous (as always) and we had a lot of fun, the only problem was that it was too SHORT! So we are going back this Thursday through Monday for a long family getaway with the ENTIRE fam. I'm super hyped and totally freaking out excited. It's going to be great. Lots has happened since I last posted. It seems our lives are always nutso, and yes they are still that way. Blake has decided something that will change our lives tremendously.. he doesn't want to go to Medical School. He has discovered his passion for Business as he has been going through the Marriott School of Business at bYu. Let's just say I kind of have mixed feelings about it. Super happy we don't have to go through med school. But now just stressed about him getting a good job. (He wants to go somewhere intense, like New York) I love him dearly though and any journey with him would be fabbbbulous. Some Random Tidbits Yes, today I did get 2 new fall scented candles and it made my night. I am WAY excited to be done with school, 2 more months! I hope I can pass my classes...Kind of nervous about 2 of them. I really want to have some time to cook and just thinking about next fall and being able to make goodies in the evenings gets me shaking with excitement. Fall is my favorite time of year, and we never can enjoy it because it always happens to be midterms and super insane. Next year, we WILL enjoy it, by golly!! Two of my beautiful cousins got married this summer, Jenna & Adri. I was a bridesmaid at both and loved every minute of it. Whitney Price's wedding is coming up, and I'm super excited for her and Mike as well! I have been working out, and I am suddenly addicted- Some random surge of workingoutness... So weird. So not like me. I have kept my house clean for an entire week. Like spotless, those of you who know me know how hard this is for me during school... okay and all the time. But i'm changing.. and boy it feels good :) I almost ate an entire cafe rio salad tonight after Blake deprived me of food throughout the entire football game.. Okay well I guess he let me have a cougar tail (freaking 3 foot long doughnut- don't get me started, I ate like a fat stinking pig tonight) Eww I am disgusting. Byu students (for the majority) are so flipping weird. I wish I could show you the crowd we sat in the middle of today.. Let's just say I watched more of them than the game itself. It's almost Blake's Birthday. I'm so excited. I love my punkin. He is my best friend. My grandma asked if we were still in love the other day. We are. Hope everyone is doing well!! Happy Halloween if I don't blog any time soon!

Holy Crazy TOWN~!!!!

Oh my goodness for everything holy, our lives have been CRAZY lately. Ugh, I can hardly wait for the madness to end!! Where are my lovely summers from high school where all I was worried about was laying out, getting snowcones, and playing with my friends. This is ridiculous! And, since I haven't blogged for forever it just seems like my world is twirling before my eyes.. at least I have something to blog about right? Well, as many of you know- Blake took the MCAT last week, and that was chaos in itself! He has been working sooo hard and studying soo much, it's nice to actually see my husband. We had countless car rides to Sandy doing flashcards, because he couldn't take a second from studying. He doesn't know how he did, he is scared he didn't do well- but I think he is just hard on himself!! We find out his results in 3 more weeks... Crazy times. He is a good boy. I love him dearly.

Secondly, My mom is still going outrageously crazy with her marathon/triatholon-nesssss.

She is insane, dare I say!So we went down to St. George a few weekends ago, and I went with Brianna and My mom and Dad, and Blake didn't come because he was studying for the mcat still.. So we went down and my mom ran the ST. G triatholon. She did a great job, and I have to say my Dad is for sure her biggest fan. She looked cute and got a new bike for mothers day.. I was proud to call her my momma.

we are out of monies. So now we have to leave and go to Blake's parents. I'm so sad about my room, but I think we can make our new apartment cute too, and I will post pictures of it when I'm finished! So I'll post more later, I kept thinking throughout the last semester that as soon as it was over I would have time to do things I wanted to do!! and I'm still doing work and school and I'm just as busy as I was...bleh.. ♥ you all. :)

Okay Jenny, I understand.. I suck at blogging. I don't know why I have been such an anti-blogger lately... probably because I have still been sick, and most of the time my house is so messy, i have so much homework to do, and so many other things that blogging just gets shoved to the side... darn! I need to be better. A lot has happened since last time I blogged.. in November!! ha! What a loser!! Well, I haven't been feeling very well and they found that I have a thyroid issue- and now I'm on thyroid meds.. so I'm just waiting and praying that this might be what is making me miserable. (cross your fingers!!) Blake is studying super hard all the time- it's seriously crazy to me! I don't know how he functions, and if I had a lame social life like him, i would be so upset.. (oh wait, i do! because I don't go do anything by myself!) :) It's okay though, because it's almost summer... and I can wait a little longer.

So... as everyone know's Bradley is home! I am so glad, we love him- although he is already back to his old social self, so it's not like anyone see's him often.. :) it's fun to have him home though, and it was so fun picking him up from the airport! I'm so excited for Matt to come home too! April 28!!! Yay!! And for those of you who don't know, these are both of Blake's brothers that are coming home from missions! Brad was in February, and now we are waiting to have the family complete in April.

And I can't wait to be graduated! One semester left after this one, yay!!! If anyone knows of anyone hiring, let me know.. I am in need of a summer job with about 30 hours!
In February, we went to Grand Targhee for a family vaca with a few of our extended family members.. it was super fun.. we went skiing twice and it was sooo cold and fun! We had a blast, Targhee is fun whether it's summer or winter! And now, we are just dying for another vaca..preferably a longer further away one!! :) ha! Anyway It was fun! xoxo I will blog more later when more interesting things happen! haha!

Valentine's Day is just around the corner!!

Hey you guuuuuys! I don't even really know who reads this thing, maybe I just love to write for my own sake, but that's okay. It makes me feel good when I get to updating the ole' blog! So Valentine's is JUST around the corner and I thought I would give anyone who wants it a cute idea. It's called What I Love About You and it's a super cute book that you fill out a bunch of stuff in about your "special someone" and then give it to them. I did this for Blake while we were still dating and we still read it all the time. It for sure takes some time to fill out so I would order now! But if you take time and think about the answers it is the cutest gift because you can keep it and read it over and over again. Anyway... Just an idear. Booo I have been so sick lately.. my stomach will not let me digest anything normally.. Random, ha ha but I'm not feeling well now and this last weekend was hell. So I thought since it's almost Vday I'd post some of my favorite wedding photos... just for fun... I Lubb you all xoxo.

My New Room!?!?!?!?!?

Over Christmas my hubby decided to give me a bedroom makeover!

What a surprise this was, I had NO idea.. So apparently Blake had been planning all of this for months before christmas and was working on all of the plans and furniture with his mom and over time buying all these cute accessories to go with it. I LOVE it, and I am OBSESSED with it. It was the best Christmas ever. Everything I could have ever wanted is inside this room. And my husband is super sacrificing, to allow me to be a princess in my ever so feminine room... but what can I say? It's perfect. He knew JUST what I wanted. And my favorite thing about it is that I didn't have to choose ANYTHING... I just think if it were up to me I would have questioned each of my decisions and I wouldn't have known what to do. But him and his creative mother put their minds together and created this!! It TRULY brings me joy every time I step foot into my room. Before I HATED my room and never wanted to go inside, and now Blake has to rip me from the walls to get me out!! I just love him. He truly has to be the greatest husband in the universe. I KNOW he always puts me first.. he just treats me like I am the most amazing thing that has ever graced this planet... which makes me feel sooo special to him because I know I'm not. He is just the best, and anyone who knows him knows he is extraordinary. Thank you Blake, for the most amazing thoughtful thing anyone has ever done for me.

I love this chair. It might be one of my favorite details... it's perfect and it matches the canopy and a pillow on my bed.. Chris sewed it ALL.

The canopy above my bed (the wood part) was built by my brother Dave.. he is sure talented.. I think I just married into an all around TALENTED bunch.. gosh what will i contribute?
